By bounding and protecting information as well as facilitating its spread, organization influence knowledge capture and sharing. Is creativity contagious within the organization and does it draw people in? Are collaborations across or within organizations more creative? The ultimate goal is to identify mechanisms to increase creation of new ideas and transmission.
